Pick Up and Drop Off
Vehicles must be collected and returned at the KEA branch
between Mon and Fri 8am to 5pm and Sat, Sun and Public Holidays
8am to 1pm. All branches are closed Christmas Day.
Kilometres
'No worries' unlimited rates.
Insurance
Comprehensive Insurance included. Excess of $5000 is payable in the
event of damage. Excess reduction A is $25 per day and $30 per day
4WDs will reduce the excess to $2000.
Or excess reduction B is
$35 per day and $40 per day 4WDs will waiver the excess with
a security
bond of $250. Bonds to be paid by cash,
travellers cheque or credit card imprint.
As always, insurance is
subject to the specific terms and conditions of the hire contract
between the individual hirer and the hire
company.
Driving
Area
Motorhomes can only be driven on sealed or access roads and 4WDs
are allowed on recognised 4WD tracks. Special terms and conditions
apply in certain areas including Gunbarrel Hwy, Canning Stock Route,
Tanami Track, Gibb River Rd - please check.
General
Government stamp duty (2%) is included in the hire rates. Security
bond to be finalised at time of hire. Minimum age or 21 years applies.
Minimum rental is 5 calendar days. All vehicles must be returned
with a full fuel tank.
Additional equipment (booked
at time of reservation) is available: picnic table, picnic chair,
umbrella, child/booster
seat, 4WD recovery
kit, GPS navigation system (map based), satellite safety beacon,
mobile phones and phone cards.
One way rentals available
between any depot. Fee for one way is $165 (except Broome). When
a vehicle
is picked up or dropped off
in Broome,
a total fee of $550 is charged. No one-way fee is charged when
the rental exceeds 21 days (except Broome).
